Addresses space-ros/demos#59
This PR adds simulation assets for the Ingenuity helicopter, including Gazebo physics plugins for the coaxial rotor system and atmosphere. It also adds a Jezero crater environment asset for testing the helicopter in a Mars-like environment. Additional information on the simulation setup and usage can be found in the README file of the demos PR.
